Refund & Return Policy

Made-to-order items
Because our products are personalized and produced specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an error in the design brief you approved. Please review your size, options, and design carefully before ordering.
When we replace or refund
We will gladly replace or refund an item that arrives:
- Defective — a manufacturing fault in the blank or print;
- Damaged in transit; or
- Misprinted — materially different from the design you approved (wrong art, wrong placement, wrong color, wrong item or size versus your order).
How to make a claim
- Email contact@labibsolutionsllc.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue (and the shipping label for damage claims).
- We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a free replacement or a refund — your choice where applicable.
Conditions
- One replacement or refund per affected item.
- For defective, damaged, or misprinted items, you do not pay return shipping — we cover it or may not require the item back.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Do not send anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be processed. If we ask you to return an item, send it to:

Order changes & cancellations
Because production starts soon after you order, we can usually only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@labibsolutionsllc.com and we’ll do our best to help.
