User agreement

By accessing or using the LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. This agreement is between you (“Customer”, “You”) and LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), owner and operator of this website.

Acceptance of terms

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the website means you accept any changes. You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this website.

Products and prices

We sell made-to-order, customizable print-on-demand goods. The following products are currently available (prices shown in USD; the currency and final total are confirmed at checkout):

• Custom Crewneck Sweatshirt — $42.00
• Custom Cap — $22.00
• Custom Mug — $15.00
• Custom Throw Blanket — $49.00

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices and to add or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Custom & made-to-order items

Every item is produced specifically for you after you order, based on the design brief and any artwork link you provide at checkout.

• Proofs. Where appropriate, we may email you a proof for approval before production begins. Production timelines start once your design and any required approval are received.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring your design brief, spelling, artwork, sizing, and color choices are correct. We produce items as specified and approved.
• Artwork quality. Low-resolution or unsuitable artwork may affect print quality; we are not liable for results arising from files or instructions you supply.

Customer content & intellectual property rights

Because you supply the design, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce any artwork, logos, text, images, or other content you submit (“Customer Content”), and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, trademark, publicity, or other rights of any third party, and is not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive.

• You grant LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC a limited license to use, reproduce, and print your Customer Content solely to fulfill your order.
• We may refuse or cancel any order containing content we reasonably believe is infringing, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
• You agree to indemnify and hold LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC harmless from any claim, demand, or liability arising out of Customer Content you submit.

Orders & payments

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

• All payments are processed and secured by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never see or store them.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States only. Any shipping costs and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Because items are made to order, please allow handling time before dispatch, in addition to carrier transit time.
• Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds & returns

Because our products are personalized and made to order, they are generally not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or errors in the design brief you approved.

We will replace or refund items that are:

• Defective, damaged in transit, or misprinted by us; or
• Materially different from the design you approved.

Conditions:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
• One replacement or refund per affected item.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Limitation of liability

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Losses resulting from use of our products or website;
• Issues arising from Customer Content or instructions you provide.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

Our intellectual property

All website content created by us (site design, copy, branding, and logos) is the property of LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it, or use our brand without written permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own Customer Content.

User conduct

You agree not to use the website for any illegal purpose, transmit harmful or abusive content, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the website.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services at any time if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, State of Wyoming.
