Shipping Policy

Made to order
Every LABIB SOLUTIONS LLC item is produced specifically for you after you order, using the design you provide. This means there is a short production time before your order ships, in addition to the carrier’s delivery time.
Handling time
- Orders are produced and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Where we send a proof for approval, handling begins once you approve it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including APO/FPO where the carrier allows). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery times
Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–5 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays, which are outside our control.
Shipping costs & taxes
Any shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay — there are no hidden fees from us.
Payment security
Checkout is secured by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking information. Please allow a day or two for tracking to update after dispatch.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@labibsolutionsllc.com and we’ll help resolve it. Items damaged in transit are covered under our Refund & Return Policy.
